Using the zip or rar file
1.Download gtaiv.dll
2.Extract gtaiv.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract gtaiv.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting gtaiv.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract gtaiv.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place gtaiv.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 gtaiv.dll and press Enter.
