Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GA0003FF.dll
2.Extract GA0003FF.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GA0003FF.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GA0003FF.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GA0003FF.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GA0003FF.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GA0003FF.dll and press Enter.
