Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GWHTR1cs.dll
2.Extract GWHTR1cs.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GWHTR1cs.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GWHTR1cs.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GWHTR1cs.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GWHTR1cs.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GWHTR1cs.dll and press Enter.
