Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GaBillList.dll
2.Extract GaBillList.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GaBillList.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GaBillList.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GaBillList.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GaBillList.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GaBillList.dll and press Enter.
