Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GaExpense.dll
2.Extract GaExpense.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GaExpense.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GaExpense.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GaExpense.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GaExpense.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GaExpense.dll and press Enter.
