Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GaMBSettlement.dll
2.Extract GaMBSettlement.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GaMBSettlement.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GaMBSettlement.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GaMBSettlement.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GaMBSettlement.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GaMBSettlement.dll and press Enter.
