Using the zip or rar file
1.Download govpfui312u.dll
2.Extract govpfui312u.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract govpfui312u.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting govpfui312u.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract govpfui312u.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place govpfui312u.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 govpfui312u.dll and press Enter.
