Using the zip or rar file
1.Download gssp2sspi.dll
2.Extract gssp2sspi.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract gssp2sspi.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting gssp2sspi.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract gssp2sspi.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place gssp2sspi.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 gssp2sspi.dll and press Enter.
