Using the zip or rar file
1.Download guidlgtestcmds.dll
2.Extract guidlgtestcmds.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract guidlgtestcmds.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting guidlgtestcmds.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract guidlgtestcmds.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place guidlgtestcmds.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 guidlgtestcmds.dll and press Enter.
