Using the zip or rar file 1.Download GDCOE00Writer.dll
2.Extract GDCOE00Writer.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GDCOE00Writer.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GDCOE00Writer.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GDCOE00Writer.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GDCOE00Writer.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GDCOE00Writer.dll and press Enter.
