Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GLF354A.tmp.dll
2.Extract GLF354A.tmp.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GLF354A.tmp.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GLF354A.tmp.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GLF354A.tmp.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GLF354A.tmp.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GLF354A.tmp.dll and press Enter.
