Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GMCC.ENoss.Service.Core.dll
2.Extract GMCC.ENoss.Service.Core.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GMCC.ENoss.Service.Core.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GMCC.ENoss.Service.Core.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GMCC.ENoss.Service.Core.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GMCC.ENoss.Service.Core.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GMCC.ENoss.Service.Core.dll and press Enter.
