Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GTSampling.resources.dll
2.Extract GTSampling.resources.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GTSampling.resources.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GTSampling.resources.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GTSampling.resources.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GTSampling.resources.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GTSampling.resources.dll and press Enter.
