Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GenericSyncProvider.dll
2.Extract GenericSyncProvider.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GenericSyncProvider.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GenericSyncProvider.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GenericSyncProvider.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GenericSyncProvider.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GenericSyncProvider.dll and press Enter.
