Using the zip or rar file 1.Download GetVenderID.dll
2.Extract GetVenderID.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GetVenderID.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GetVenderID.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GetVenderID.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GetVenderID.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GetVenderID.dll and press Enter.
