Using the zip or rar file
1.Download HA414PG.DLL
2.Extract HA414PG.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract HA414PG.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting HA414PG.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract HA414PG.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place HA414PG.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 HA414PG.DLL and press Enter.
