Using the zip or rar file
1.Download HALNCR.DLL
2.Extract HALNCR.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract HALNCR.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting HALNCR.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract HALNCR.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place HALNCR.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 HALNCR.DLL and press Enter.
