Using the zip or rar file
1.Download HDK3HTML.DLL
2.Extract HDK3HTML.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract HDK3HTML.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting HDK3HTML.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract HDK3HTML.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place HDK3HTML.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 HDK3HTML.DLL and press Enter.
