Using the zip or rar file
1.Download HKL0412.DLL 4.0.0.0
2.Extract HKL0412.DLL 4.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract HKL0412.DLL 4.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting HKL0412.DLL 4.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract HKL0412.DLL 4.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place HKL0412.DLL 4.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 HKL0412.DLL 4.0.0.0 and press Enter.
