Using the zip or rar file
1.Download HPBFTM16.DLL 0.1.0.2
2.Extract HPBFTM16.DLL 0.1.0.2 from .zip. We recommend that you extract HPBFTM16.DLL 0.1.0.2 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting HPBFTM16.DLL 0.1.0.2.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract HPBFTM16.DLL 0.1.0.2 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place HPBFTM16.DLL 0.1.0.2 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 HPBFTM16.DLL 0.1.0.2 and press Enter.
