Using the zip or rar file
1.Download HPBHEALR.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract HPBHEALR.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract HPBHEALR.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting HPBHEALR.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract HPBHEALR.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place HPBHEALR.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 HPBHEALR.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
