Using the zip or rar file
1.Download HPSJCLAS.DLL
2.Extract HPSJCLAS.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract HPSJCLAS.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting HPSJCLAS.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract HPSJCLAS.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place HPSJCLAS.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 HPSJCLAS.DLL and press Enter.
