Using the zip or rar file
1.Download HSTWZDEU.DLL
2.Extract HSTWZDEU.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract HSTWZDEU.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting HSTWZDEU.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract HSTWZDEU.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place HSTWZDEU.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 HSTWZDEU.DLL and press Enter.
