Using the zip or rar file
1.Download HW95CHT.DLL
2.Extract HW95CHT.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract HW95CHT.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting HW95CHT.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract HW95CHT.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place HW95CHT.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 HW95CHT.DLL and press Enter.
