Using the zip or rar file
1.Download halsx164.dll
2.Extract halsx164.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract halsx164.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting halsx164.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract halsx164.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place halsx164.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 halsx164.dll and press Enter.
