Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hardlimit.dll
2.Extract hardlimit.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract hardlimit.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hardlimit.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hardlimit.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hardlimit.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hardlimit.dll and press Enter.
