Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hcfcsa32.dll 1.0.0.0
2.Extract hcfcsa32.dll 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract hcfcsa32.dll 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hcfcsa32.dll 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hcfcsa32.dll 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hcfcsa32.dll 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hcfcsa32.dll 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
