Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hpbf2013.dll
2.Extract hpbf2013.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpbf2013.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpbf2013.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpbf2013.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpbf2013.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hpbf2013.dll and press Enter.
