Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hpf3rw73.dll 0.3.7071.0
2.Extract hpf3rw73.dll 0.3.7071.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpf3rw73.dll 0.3.7071.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpf3rw73.dll 0.3.7071.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpf3rw73.dll 0.3.7071.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpf3rw73.dll 0.3.7071.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hpf3rw73.dll 0.3.7071.0 and press Enter.
