Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hpfcps18.dll
2.Extract hpfcps18.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpfcps18.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpfcps18.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpfcps18.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpfcps18.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hpfcps18.dll and press Enter.
