Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hpljbfig.dll 1.0.0.0
2.Extract hpljbfig.dll 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpljbfig.dll 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpljbfig.dll 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpljbfig.dll 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpljbfig.dll 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hpljbfig.dll 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
