Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hpmst3xc.dll
2.Extract hpmst3xc.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpmst3xc.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpmst3xc.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpmst3xc.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpmst3xc.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hpmst3xc.dll and press Enter.
