Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hpotiop1.dll 7.0.0.0
2.Extract hpotiop1.dll 7.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpotiop1.dll 7.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpotiop1.dll 7.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpotiop1.dll 7.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpotiop1.dll 7.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hpotiop1.dll 7.0.0.0 and press Enter.
