Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hpotscl1.dll 7.0.0.0
2.Extract hpotscl1.dll 7.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpotscl1.dll 7.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpotscl1.dll 7.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpotscl1.dll 7.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpotscl1.dll 7.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hpotscl1.dll 7.0.0.0 and press Enter.
