Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hpotscld.dll 7.0.0.0
2.Extract hpotscld.dll 7.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpotscld.dll 7.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpotscld.dll 7.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpotscld.dll 7.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpotscld.dll 7.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hpotscld.dll 7.0.0.0 and press Enter.
