Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hpz3rw72.dll 0.3.7071.0
2.Extract hpz3rw72.dll 0.3.7071.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpz3rw72.dll 0.3.7071.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpz3rw72.dll 0.3.7071.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpz3rw72.dll 0.3.7071.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpz3rw72.dll 0.3.7071.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hpz3rw72.dll 0.3.7071.0 and press Enter.
