Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hpzuci01.dll
2.Extract hpzuci01.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpzuci01.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpzuci01.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpzuci01.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpzuci01.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hpzuci01.dll and press Enter.
