Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hpzurw72.dll 0.3.7071.0
2.Extract hpzurw72.dll 0.3.7071.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpzurw72.dll 0.3.7071.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpzurw72.dll 0.3.7071.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpzurw72.dll 0.3.7071.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpzurw72.dll 0.3.7071.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hpzurw72.dll 0.3.7071.0 and press Enter.
