Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hrmcom.dll
2.Extract hrmcom.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract hrmcom.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hrmcom.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hrmcom.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hrmcom.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hrmcom.dll and press Enter.
