Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hsfcisp2.dll 7.12.098
2.Extract hsfcisp2.dll 7.12.098 from .zip. We recommend that you extract hsfcisp2.dll 7.12.098 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hsfcisp2.dll 7.12.098.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hsfcisp2.dll 7.12.098 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hsfcisp2.dll 7.12.098 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hsfcisp2.dll 7.12.098 and press Enter.
