Using the zip or rar file
1.Download htmdlgs.dll
2.Extract htmdlgs.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract htmdlgs.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting htmdlgs.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract htmdlgs.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place htmdlgs.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 htmdlgs.dll and press Enter.
