Using the zip or rar file
1.Download HPZPPWN7.DLL 0.3.7071.0
2.Extract HPZPPWN7.DLL 0.3.7071.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract HPZPPWN7.DLL 0.3.7071.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting HPZPPWN7.DLL 0.3.7071.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract HPZPPWN7.DLL 0.3.7071.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place HPZPPWN7.DLL 0.3.7071.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 HPZPPWN7.DLL 0.3.7071.0 and press Enter.
