Using the zip or rar file
1.Download HPZPRwn7.DLL 0.3.7071.0
2.Extract HPZPRwn7.DLL 0.3.7071.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract HPZPRwn7.DLL 0.3.7071.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting HPZPRwn7.DLL 0.3.7071.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract HPZPRwn7.DLL 0.3.7071.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place HPZPRwn7.DLL 0.3.7071.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 HPZPRwn7.DLL 0.3.7071.0 and press Enter.
