Using the zip or rar file
1.Download HPZSRWN7.DLL 0.3.7071.0
2.Extract HPZSRWN7.DLL 0.3.7071.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract HPZSRWN7.DLL 0.3.7071.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting HPZSRWN7.DLL 0.3.7071.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract HPZSRWN7.DLL 0.3.7071.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place HPZSRWN7.DLL 0.3.7071.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 HPZSRWN7.DLL 0.3.7071.0 and press Enter.
