Using the zip or rar file
1.Download HPZSTW71.DLL 0.3.7071.0
2.Extract HPZSTW71.DLL 0.3.7071.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract HPZSTW71.DLL 0.3.7071.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting HPZSTW71.DLL 0.3.7071.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract HPZSTW71.DLL 0.3.7071.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place HPZSTW71.DLL 0.3.7071.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
