Using the zip or rar file
1.Download HPZUIWN7.DLL 0.3.7071.0
2.Extract HPZUIWN7.DLL 0.3.7071.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract HPZUIWN7.DLL 0.3.7071.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting HPZUIWN7.DLL 0.3.7071.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract HPZUIWN7.DLL 0.3.7071.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place HPZUIWN7.DLL 0.3.7071.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 HPZUIWN7.DLL 0.3.7071.0 and press Enter.
