Using the zip or rar file
1.Download HTC.Hub.ClsLib.dll
2.Extract HTC.Hub.ClsLib.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract HTC.Hub.ClsLib.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting HTC.Hub.ClsLib.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract HTC.Hub.ClsLib.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place HTC.Hub.ClsLib.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 HTC.Hub.ClsLib.dll and press Enter.
