Using the zip or rar file
1.Download herrc.dll 8.0.0.0
2.Extract herrc.dll 8.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract herrc.dll 8.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting herrc.dll 8.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract herrc.dll 8.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place herrc.dll 8.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 herrc.dll 8.0.0.0 and press Enter.
