Using the zip or rar file
1.Download homermsg.dll 1.1.293.1
2.Extract homermsg.dll 1.1.293.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract homermsg.dll 1.1.293.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting homermsg.dll 1.1.293.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract homermsg.dll 1.1.293.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place homermsg.dll 1.1.293.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 homermsg.dll 1.1.293.1 and press Enter.
