Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hp1006l.dll 0.3.0.0
2.Extract hp1006l.dll 0.3.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract hp1006l.dll 0.3.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hp1006l.dll 0.3.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hp1006l.dll 0.3.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hp1006l.dll 0.3.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hp1006l.dll 0.3.0.0 and press Enter.
